• Laboratory Equipment Supply: Sourcing and delivering authentic, branded analytical instruments.

• Installation & Commissioning: Professional setup of procured equipment by factory-trained engineers.

• Calibration & Validation: Comprehensive IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and accuracy testing.

• Maintenance Services: Preventative maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

• Technical Consultation: Expert advice on lab setup, cleanroom solutions, and regulatory compliance.

2. Account Registration & B2B Procurement

• To access specific procurement features, request official quotes, or manage AMC schedules, you may be required to register a client account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete organizational information during registration and update it promptly if changes occur.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all procurement activities that occur under your institutional account.

3. Pricing, Quotations, and Payments

• All standard lab equipment prices in Bangladesh listed on our platform or provided via formal quotations are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., USD for direct LC imports).

• Quotations provided for analytical instruments and technical services are valid for the period specified on the official quote document.

• Payment terms, accepted methods, and milestone schedules (e.g., advance payment, payment upon installation) will be dictated by the specific Purchase Order (PO) and corporate agreements.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Installation

• Shipping timelines for scientific instruments are estimates based on global supply chains, customs clearance, and local logistics.

• Optimum Solution ensures the highest safety standards during transit; however, delays caused by force majeure, international freight issues, or customs processing are beyond our direct control.

• Installation & commissioning will be scheduled promptly upon the safe delivery of the equipment to your facility. Site readiness (power, space, HVAC) is the responsibility of the client prior to our engineers' arrival.

5. Warranties and Maintenance

• Products supplied by Optimum Solution are covered by standard manufacturer warranties, typically valid for one (1) year from the date of installation, covering parts and labor against manufacturing defects.

• The warranty is voided if the equipment is subjected to unauthorized repairs, misuse, improper environmental conditions, or operation outside of provided guidelines.

• Post-warranty support is guaranteed through our Maintenance Services and customized Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the highly sensitive and specialized nature of laboratory equipment, returns and refunds are strictly governed by our official Return Policy and the respective manufacturer's guidelines.

• Claims for transit damage or missing components must be reported to our technical team within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, catalogs, schematics, and digital materials on the Optimum Solution platform—including LIMS/SCADA software configurations provided during setup—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any proprietary materials or software without prior written consent from Optimum Solution.

You agree to use our platform and services lawfully. Prohibited activities include:

• Fraudulent procurement requests or unauthorized use of institutional purchasing credentials.

• Interfering with the proper functioning of our website or digital infrastructure.

• Violating any domestic or international compliance laws regarding the acquisition of restricted scientific materials.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
